### kBTC

The kBTC token is the credential given to users who have staked BTC. When staking, the user connects a BTC wallet and an EVM wallet address simultaneously. Once the BTC has been successfully staked, the EVM wallet address will receive the kBTC tokens 1:1 (minus fees) on the user selected network. kBTC is a multi-chain liquidity token. Users can use it for swap, stake, transfer and other on-chain activities.
